Description

One level ranch. Double car garage attached. New builds do not come with landscaping, vinyl white fence or auto sprinkler system in back which I have done. Cost of that was 10k which was well worth it.
New build did not come with AC, but I added and also added the LPV floor upgrade, white trim and white doors. I had pavers put in for the back patio also April 2019. The concrete patio that the builder put in cracked up severely with in 2 months of moving in and they would not fix.
