It's quiet at night and there's not much light pollution. Kids are always playing outside and there's a dog in every yard. There's a plethora of parks to choose from around here and the neighborhoods have sidewalks. The only real downsides are loose dogs running around and hanging about in the road. Some yards are also not well maintained and have lots of trash etc. Lots of dilapidated and abandoned buildings. "
