Renter is responsible for yard care and snow removal. Renter is responsible for furnishing the home. Home will include refrigerator, dishwasher, electric cooking range, and microwave. Renter is responsible for providing their own washer and dryer.

Credit and background check required for all applicants. Rental is owned and managed by owner. Home is not furnished.
