Three separate heating systems. Main level fireplace is a vent-free stove and the upper-level fireplace is double sided between the master bedroom and family room. Washer and dryer are in the storage area. Kitchen is equipped with several utensils, coffee maker, toaster, air fryer and some other small appliances. Outdoor equipment such as two leaf blowers (one electric and one battery powered), power washer, wet/dry vac and snow blower are in the garage.

* Prefer one year lease with Montgomery County standard lease agreement.
* A-cabin next to the pond is not included in the rental.
* Owner may sometimes use the A-cabin, pond, tennis court and pool area with advance notice to the renter.
* Renter is responsible for safety and precautions for all residents around the water and woods.
* Renter pays for electricity, water and propane. There is no natural gas connection in the house.
* Propane is used for the two fireplaces and pool heater and propane tank is generally refilled when it goes below 30% or so.
* Renter will also be responsible for basic landscaping (mowing, leaf blowing, etc.) to keep the surrounding clean.
* Prefer vegetarian food/cooking on the property.
* No large noisy parties that would cause any disturbances to the neighbours.
* No noxious or offensive activity shall be carried on upon any part of the land.
* The residential nature of the community must be preserved at all times and commercial signage is prohibited
* All vehicles must be parked on the driveway of the property and should not block the road shared with the neighbours

Whenever there is road work during rush hours there’s always a delay sometimes more than other especially on route 32 with sometimes major road work. Of late it has gotten much better because most of the work seems to be done. I must give the workers a big thank you for the exceptional work they have done even though the weather was so hot most of the time. Thank you from all the commuters of route 32. It is such a pleasure driving there now that it’s not that narrow and winding as before. Thank you workers for all your hard work. May God bless you and your family. "
