This house has great light and charming ambience. All hardwood floors, both heart of pine and oak. Gas heat and central AC (1/17). Many new windows. Den with wainscoating on walls. Two nonworking fireplaces with oak mantels. Bay living room windows and separate dining room area. Ceiling fans throughout. Good sized closets. Lots of windows. Granite counter tops in kitchen, gas stove, dishwasher, microwave and front loading washer and dryer. Kitchen countertop opens to breakfast bar. Mahogany KraftMaid cabinets. Great kitchen storage.

Tiled to period bathroom floor and claw foot tub with shower. Great bathroom storage. New roof 2015.

Bedrooms are big enough to fit a queen size bed and several pieces of medium to large furniture.

Asheville city school district. Near markets, restaurants, and freeway. Yard is mostly in front of house with a firepit. There is a fenced in area off the porch to the side yard with new stone walkway.
Covered carport and storage shed present on sides of house. Behind the shed is a secluded fairy garden with outdoor table and chairs. Onsite parking.

Pets: Most dog breeds accepted. We must meet the dogs prior to lease signing. Maximum of 2 dogs. Fence is low so prefer small, possible medium sized dogs.
NO CATS, NO EXCEPTIONS, PLEASE DO NOT ASK.

This is a year long lease with annual renewals available.
No smoking on property, even outside.
Additional fees for pets and washer & dryer.

Utilities, and yard maintenance are not included. Credit/criminal check required. Cost to you is $50 per person over age 18.
