The teachers really care about helping students understand the material and are always willing to stay after class or explain things in a different way if someone is confused. The school also offers a lot of opportunities like clubs, activities, and sports so students can explore their interests outside of regular classes.Another great thing is the supportive environment. Students are encouraged to work hard, ask questions, and help each other succeed. The staff works to make the school safe, organized, and a good place to learn every day.Overall, Thomas Jefferson Middle School stands out because of its dedicated teachers, strong academics, and positive community. As a former student of this school, they set a very strong foundation for me. I am very grateful for what they had done. I wouldn't be on my way to a doctorate if it weren't for my excellent experiences in the Fair Lawn schools.
