We have done many upgrades and new maple kitchen cabinets and appliances in the last few years. This home is 11 years old but looks brand new due to all the added amenities. I am a builder and have done a lot of molding and shelving in the home etc. and a stone fireplace that is ventless gas. A must see home!!This home is convienent to the beach, fishing, shopping centers, long beach school just a mile away, 2 miles from seabee base, 2.5 miles to elementary school, one mile from grocery stores.  Very convienient well kept neighborhood. We have lived in this house since it was new and have loved our neighbors and neighborhood here. WE are on the end of a culdesac so traffic is very low.   Quiet street, and well kept yards make this neighborhood a wonderful place to live. Our home has many upgrades as we are builders and have added shelving and storage all through the home and many brick and added features outside. Including fountains by the pool and garden planter boxes which grow beautiful flowers and vegetables, and an herb garden. Built in dog kennel area of brick also.  A large shed with outdoor covered storage area also.  this home will not last long in this neighborhood and at this low price!!!!!
