  • Patty W.
"We don’t have any community events on our neighborhood. In winter people are pretty isolated. Snow makes it difficult to leave your house. "
  • Patty
"There are many dogs in the neighborhood. People walk their dogs. Most are contained behind fences and not running loose. The town is very diligent about ensuring dogs have their rabies shots & are licensed yearly. "
  • Florida bound
"Derby (part of Milo) is a historical former railroad area. Most the houses are over 100 years old. It’s getting run down. It used to be a friendly place. There has been a problem with drugs, domestic violence & illegal bonfires the last few years. "
