The main floor offers the dining room & kitchen, while a wide staircase rises to the large living room, master, additional bedroom & large bath. Alley access is behind. There are French doors leading from the living room and master to the upper porch, a French door to a large closet with built-in storage off the living room, and another French door from the kitchen to a 11x10' patio on the east side of the house (cooler in summer!). Washer & dryer are in the one car garage. There are built-in's in almost every room. The exterior was recently painted, but not the interior. The first floor had several inches of water from Hurricane Matthew and the home was professionally remediated (invoice on file). Mitigation at doors and ventilation vents suggested for future storms.
