Upstairs you'll find the spacious and serene primary bedroom with a king bed, gas fireplace, and beautifully tiled en suite bathroom. The secondary bedroom with a queen bed has a work from home office space and provides a lovely guest room. The secondary bath is next door and has a Miele washer/dryer on the 2nd level for ease.
Close to Santa Barbara's Arts District, Public Market, Alice Keck Memorial Park and walking/biking distance to Stern's Wharf, the Funk Zone, East Beach, West Beach, and all the local shops and restaurants. On-site private parking for one car (uncovered) and ample street parking. The garage can be used for storing luggage, bikes, kayaks.
BCycle stations are on both corners. Helmets, beach chairs, a cooler, pickleball paddles and balls, tennis racquets and balls, and a yoga mat are stored at the property for you to enjoy. One small to medium sized dog may be considered based on owner approval.
