There is a small built-in counter allowing for an eating space in the kitchen. The bathroom has a new shower and newer vanity and toilet. The kitchen and bathroom both have new linoleum flooring. Lots of windows throughout allow lots of natural sunlight to enter this space. Gas heat - no central air conditioning. Tenant must supply their own window units. There is no laundry in this building but there is a laundromat nearby.

Very close to Kings Park and what we call the dog park which I think is actually named Bella Grove, right on the corner of Green St and Bond St. "
