From the kitchen there is a mudroom with laundry hookups and then on to the enormous 3 (full size) SUV insulated garage with level 2 car charger outlet.

Second floor:
The stairs open on to the loft overlooking the family room and entry. It also has a reading nook with bookshelves at the end.

The rest of the upstairs is the master suite with 2 more bedrooms and full baths. Both baths and the loft have skylights. The 2 bedrooms both have walk in closets that open on to the upstairs laundry

Attic:
There are pull down stairs to the attic storage room 8 ft by 50 ft with shelves.

Utilities:
This home has 2 solar arrays and and a whole hose fan on a timer to draw in cool air at night in the summer. Tenant Pays water, Gas and the rest of the electric. Owner pays Garbage, sewer and Broadband.

Well behaved pets are allowed with a $700 refundable pet deposit

    "I commute to Berkeley every day. If you leave Rohnert Park around 6:30 or seven in the morning, you will avoid all the traffic going to San Francisco or East Bay . Now that they completely reopened the freeway to three lanes all the way to Santa Rosa. There is almost no traffic. "
