There is a large jetted tub in the master bathroom, and there are tub/shower combos in both other bathrooms as well. Washer and Dryer are included in the separate upstairs laundry room. The basement is only half underground with full-sized windows and lots of light.

The property is large with 3 raised garden beds, several fruit trees, and several shade trees. The back yard is huge, with a giant sand box and swingset. Green Canyon with its nature park and trails is a 5 minute walk from the front door with numerous outdoor opportunities ranging from walking and biking to serious hiking and camping. The home is also very close to the USU Campus.

The neighborhood is fantastic; with limited access from major roads, it is truly a community with friendly neighbors who look out for each other. The school district is excellent, with children attending Greenville Elementary, Cedar Ridge Middle School, North Cache, and Skyview High School.

No smoking or vaping. We would like to rent to a single family, not a group of people. Dogs or small pets will be considered on a case by case basis with additional deposit ($1000 for a dog, $250 of which is non-refundable). No Smoking or vaping. Upon request, we will send rental criteria which must be met for our consideration to rent. Security deposit of $2,000 ($500 of which is non-refundable) and first month's rent required when signing the contract.

    "I don’t know because I’m not a dog owner. People do walk their dogs a lot. I think they like this street because there are no sidewalks and the multi acre ranch on this street has unlandscaped area along the road where people don’t really have to pick up after their dogs. That’s just this street and a few others though. I hope people on the landscaped streets feel a need to carry poop bags for dogs. "
