About this House

This is a farm house that has been remodeled on the inside. A new kitchen was installed complete with new countertops, new Pergo laminate flooring, and has a stove and dishwasher installed. The remainder of the home has a combination of ceramic tile and laminate flooring. This wonderful starter home has a mudroom, small laundry room, living room, and entry room. A freestanding garage over 400 square feet sits behind the home. It has four large dog doors and can be used as a kennel area, plus it also has a walk in pit for under-car repairs if your preference is cars.

The entire property is fenced with 5 foot fencing and is also cross fenced for a smaller yard surrounding the house. Chain link fencing and gates further provides a separate front and back yard for the property. There is a 12 by 12 concrete slab with outdoor gazebo which can be used for entertaining and cookouts.

There is also a large storm shelter with access inside the large bedroom in case of unpredictable Texas weather.

    "There are a hand full of parks near this location, within walking distance. This area is centrally located to most popular restaurants and shopping spots. It is directly next to loop 306, so traveling to the other side of town is quick as well. I love living over here because I'm not far from anything. My neighbors are always friendly and willing to talk, and I don't ever worry about my mail or packages being stolen. There are new homes being built in this area that are affordable for new families, and many older homes are being remodeled. Most of the lots have large front and back yards, so we have room for our dogs and a place to build a shop."
