    "Quiet town, decent people, no local police, not many businesses, lots of dogs in the neighborhood but most people take care of the feces, although be forewarned they will let them go on your lawn and your plants so make sure you water them well"

    "Events held near lake manahawkin. LBI is close by that also holds events throughout the year. Plenty of wooded areas for recreation, hiking, and gaming. Atlantic City is also a 35-45 minute drive and has plenty of events. Look out for restaurant week; it is a great way to immerse in the local food scene."
