This is a want to see! Beautiful and very spacious first floor, two bedroom and double parlor apartment. Spacious kitchen and bathroom with Jacuzzi tub. Tile floors and hardwood floors. Stove with hood vent, refrigerator, dishwasher, and vented microwave included. Kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms were completely remodeled. Apartment has large closets. Utilities are not included. Off street parking available. Located seconds off of 95, 1.5 miles from T. Small pets are accepted so long as well trained (10-15lbs). Dogs would have to be walked outside, no puppy pads.

    "I've lived here for 50 years. The character of the neighborhood has changed from owners, to renters. Nobody talks to each other anymore. Violent crimes are common. Slater Park lost all of its large animals due to neglect. The PawSox are leaving in one year. The city's largest employer - Hasbro - is leaving. The city's local hospital - Memorial - closed down 2 years ago. Famous local restaurants have mostly closed, only to be replaced by a "dollar store." The city is in serious decline, with property values certain to follow."
