Located approximately 10 minutes from Arundel Mills and 15 minutes from both BWI Airport and Fort Meade, this house also offers convenient access to the MARC train system. Located 1.5 miles from the MARC Camden Line's Dorsey Station, 4 miles from the BWI Amtrak/MARC Penn Line station, and 6 miles from the Odenton MARC Penn Line station with easy access to I-95, 295, and I-97 for commuting to Baltimore, Washington, D.C., Annapolis, and Ft. Meade.

Utilities, to include oil heat, electric, water, phone service, cable tv, and propane gas for cooking, are not included.

First month's rent and security deposit due at time of lease signing. $400 Cleaning Fee to be deducted from Security Deposit at Move-Out. Will consider pets on a case-by-case basis - additional Pet Fees and monthly Pet Rent apply. Smoking is not permitted.

Property will be available for rent in August, possibly sooner. Property is available for showing now. Please contact us to schedule a visit or request an application. The application fee is $35 and an application must be submitted for every adult age 18 or older who will be living in the rental. Reusable tenant screening reports are not accepted.
