The problem at Hoffman Estates High school. Is the horrible leadership it's under with the supertident,principal and assistant principals. The school is not supportive to their students or parents!!!The 2 year's my daughter has been at Hoffman Estates High school has been a nightmare!!!The staff at Hoffman Estates High school are full of bullies that care nothing about their students or families!!!This school has alot of fighting that's not repo rted!!!This school is so worried about their image they cover up alot of their problems!!!!It's so sad I moved to this area thinking I'm giving my children a better opportunity living in the Hanover Park IL area and I have received nothing but a horrible experience for 2 years,this can not continue another 2 years!Shame on you Hoffman Estates High school your students and parents deserve better!!!

This school now feels like it’s running on autopilot. The spark that once made it feel nurturing and forward-thinking has dimmed significantly, largely due to administrative stagnation. Although the brochures boast a progressive approach, the reality paints a much different picture. From a parent's lens—especially one with multiple kids enrolled—it’s disheartening to witness this decline. Leadership seems disengaged, with minimal visibility or meaningful interaction in day-to-day student life. There’s a growing disconnect between what’s communicated publicly and what’s actually happening within the classrooms. Families deserve transparency and a leadership team genuinely invested in evolving the school’s culture and educational standards.

This school is the greatest school in district 54, and Emmet makes this school the best school in the country.

I have a child that is being bullied at this school by a few kids and the school's solution is to segregate the kid being bullied. She can't sit by her friends on the bus, she has to have a "handler" walk her to the bus and to the bathroom. Why would someone being bullied want to speak up if they are removed from everything and treated like an outcast who will just ultimately end up being teased more? Why is the bully not being held accountable? Makes no sense to me.I have complained about the bullying many times and recently the bully said that she is going to shoot my kid with a glock and nothing is being done. My poor kid is being called every name in the book and one of the bullies even deliberately touched her chest twice.So, my opinion is to not send your child to this school. It pains me to say this because I went to this school a young man and absolutely loved everyone and the teachers. It's too "political" now. They are afraid to give bad kids consequences for being bad.
