"I live in this area, the rating provided are that way because this is a country neighborhood. There is no public transportation, and you sure wouldn't want to walk to here, although walking through the neighborhood is pretty common amongst the people here."

"Live in same sub-division for many years. Enjoy the quiet safety with low traffic. Easy access to I-40 & the city. You can have up to two horses here & all residences have 2 acres. All have underground power & natural gas lines with no association fees!"
