What would dog owners like about the neighborhood?The best benefit would be meeting many other dogs and dog owners on walks with their dog. If the dog happened to wander out of the yard by accident, they can count on the neighborhood to call the proper services to get the little fellow back. (It happened to me, so I know.)"
