"Too many to list. Something is always going on in Downtown Arlington! Summer and winter are the best."

"The huge amount of children. The fact that old town does lots of community events. Lots of dog owners and active people. I can walk to 3 different parks from my home- one of which is on the river and has a fenced dog park. It’s a great spot. Centennial trail is one of my favorites to take down to the water front park and back with my doggos. "

"People who don't pick up their dogs poop You're gonna be a dog owner be responsible I shouldn't have to clean up dog poop in my yard when I don't have a dog"

"I live in Arlington and do not like all the drugs here. It is like living in Woodstock. There is a no leash dog park on 152nd street. You may want to wear boots in the rainy season."

"The Farmers Market every Saturday from 10-2pm is so fun and a great way to support local businesses. Arlington Hardware in old town is the one stop shop for everything you need. The Co-Op Supply is pet friendly and has everything you need for your pets or live stock. Aside from that, if your a social butterfly like myself, the White Horse Salon in town is a blast!! I love to take my dogs here and play pool with friends. The best thing about this town is the sense of community. I know the owners to almost every business and regularly make new friends who are also local or new to the area. There is nothing like running into great people you know everywhere you go. I love it. "There are little to no community events in this area. The have been several reports of stolen packages, the parking is very bad if you have a second car. Several of my neighbors have had their gas cipher from their cars."

"Don’t take public transportation. The bus line is only a block away but I work night and long hours so a car is necessary. "

"Close to everything, but far enough from town that you don’t feel like you live in the city area. A lot of parks and lakes are close by. Great schools district"

"A short drive to most everywhere. Restaurants, freeway entrance, schools. Traffic near the airport has gotten thicker with all the residences being built. Once they widen the road, it’ll be a lot better."

"People are always out walking their dogs, however the yards in this area tend to get small so if you have a bigger dog find a nearby park or runner. The neighbors don’t like visits from the neighboring dogs if they decide to explore."

"Don’t let your kids run around the streets! Cars can only be so careful when kids are careless. Nice place overall "

"Nice mix of modern convenience, small town feel, and neighborhood feel. It is super nice to be able to walk your kids to school and dance class as well as running into or meeting up with people you know around town. "

"The nearest bus stop from Carolls Creek Landing is a little under 2 miles away, but the buses are almost always on time and very reliable. The Smokey Point transit center is very convenient "

"My neighborhood is dog friendly depending on the breed of dog if your a pit bull owner or a or any other breed labeled as a more aggressive or dangerous breed of dog my neighborhood wouldn’t be so welcoming to them! Which is bs!"
