The house will be open for viewing on Friday 1/19/18 from 10 am to 2 pm and Saturday 1/20/18 from 10 am to 2pm. Applications will be accepted on a first come first serve basis. There is a non-refundable application fee of $35 per person 18 years and older, must have ID and SS card, 3 months of pay-stubs with verifiable income of 3 times the rent, no evictions on record. The rent is $1400 a month with a deposit of $1400 on approved credit due at move-in, additional pet deposit $300. The leasing contract is month to month, not a 1 year lease.
