There is a non-refundable application fee of $35 per person 18 years and older, must have ID and SS card, 3 months of pay-stubs with verifiable income of 3 times the rent, no evictions on record. The rent is $1400 a month with a deposit of $1400 on approved credit due at move-in, additional pet deposit $300. The leasing contract is month to month, not a 1 year lease.

    "This place is perfect if you like to be isolated otherwise there are no sidewalks people are constantly speeding Through residential areas making it very difficult to go for a walk there's no street lights so once it is sunset there's no lay outside other than for your porch light in other ways impossible to stay safe and go for a walk after sunset additionally even if you do get to go for a walk and take that chance the gates are always open and you will be chased by dogs "
