Gorgeous top floor flat of a Spanish style fourplex. Ocean views from living room window, 60 second walk to the sand and beach path. There is a beautiful, private courtyard with a gas grill and outdoor seating. The rooms are huge with high ceilings and original wood molding and a fireplace! Each bedroom has its own full bath, one with large shower and the other with a bathtub and shower, as well as a half bath in the long hallway to the bedrooms. 1 year lease starting Feb 1 ($3300). I am moving out of country or I would gladly stay here for life! It's walkable to everything and yoga on the bluff is a block away. Truly the best spot possible.
Washer/dryer in unit available for $200. There is a separate, private garage space behind the building, so parking is no issue.
