Please be aware of that prior to booking.

Completed renovated classic 3 bedroom and 2 bath cedar farmhouse. This is the first floor of the original farmhouse, and has a private entrance in the front and rear, no shared interior space with upstairs. Shared rear yard and plenty of parking in the parking lot. Full kitchen with with pots, pans, plates, bowels, strainer, measuring cup, baking sheet, glasses, and plenty of storage room. Herbs, ingredients, and specialty items should be brought separately. Bathrooms are stocked with toilet paper and soap. Linens and towels are provided. Home has 4 twin beds, 1 queen, and a sofa that can be used to sleep on. Relaxing rear patio and yard for family activities and sports, to include a basketball hoop. Tranquil setting with many birds, yet close to everything southern Delaware has to offer. Large dining room table and living area to relax, play games, and watch tv. Fans and TVs in each bedroom equipped with cable. Home is conditioned with a split system heating and air conditioning system for your comfort.

Short term. Fully furnished. Tenant pays monthly rent, all other utilities are covered. Rental available on a monthly basis through May.
