So, where do you want to live? I wish I could find a three bed three bath home with a stunning kitchen featuring modern stainless steel appliances, recessed lighting, & a large peninsula. Through the rest of the house what a dream it would be to have beautiful dark engineered hardwood floors, soaring vaulted ceilings, walls full of windows pouring in light throughout the day, plantation shutters, a convenient workstation for my computer, ceiling fans in all the bedrooms, a large master retreat, & the perfect backyard for all of my entertaining needs. I'd want a two car garage, tons of storage, a short walk to parks & shopping, and stunning mountain views! But most importantly I'd want to be located in a safe and upcoming neighborhood, close to great schools, the freeway, & the mall. I guess I'm a dreamer! Well maybe not!
