Our oversized patio features cool decking surface, a nice block pony wall surrounding the patio, and a view of the white tank mountains which we enjoy when there are beautiful sunsets. We like the open and efficient layout of the kitchen, dining and living areas that makes this a very comfortable home. Our master bedroom is on one side of our home and the guest bedroom is up front on the other side of the home. We also like our spacious den that could be used as a second guest room when you have company.

    "My neighborhood is safe and quiet. i love living in Surprise. You must have a car to travel around to move aroujd since public transportation is not a thing here. Love the green and surrounding areas. supermarkets are walking distance, the mall is 30 minutes away without traffic. Surprise has many restaurants in the area with a great variety."
