I am looking for a clean, friendly, respectful roommate. No drugs, no drama, no pets. No smoking inside or near entrances. Quiet hours in effect after 1030pm.

A lease agreement is required. Rent is $800, utilities flat $100/mo per person. Damage deposit is $1,000. Move in date is flexible, but the target is 19 October. Background and credit check are required.

It was rough taking 4-5 buses/trains at just under 3 hours each way, but public transportation in Tacoma is great. On time, frequent and usually not too crowded. I say all this coming from LA, where you’re lucky if a bus shows up at all. "

    "Hosmer St is SCARY, and I hope we get off of it soon! There are always people shooting in the air and the homeless are heavily on drugs and roaming about. Not safe, I don’t even feel okay walking my dog around the apartment complex. "
