About this House

This duplex is in quiet neighborhood in the Chrisman School district. It is very clean with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom upstairs and 1 bedroom and bath downstairs. It has laminate flooring throughout. All of the appliances are in the unit as well as the washer and dryer. Lots of storage. Large rooms, galley kitchen and eat in area. There is a 2 car garage with openers. The yard is maintained. You pay utilities. There is no smoking, no pets. We will require proof of income and that needs to be at least $4600 net income a month and must have rental history as well.

It is a 1 year lease and month to month after that

Randall Elementary has improved greatly over the years my children have attended, 3 years ago i would have given them 1 star, the only areas i see needing improvement in is the better understanding towards special needs students & a better response towards the bullying of students by other students.

"There is a bus line, but it doesn't run 24/7. Traffic can be heavy like anywhere during rush hour. Watch out for teenagers with too much time on their hands. "
