8/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI attended Klein High School, and while the academics were strong and some of the teachers truly cared and did a great job teaching, my personal experience there was tiring and disappointing. I was bullied both on campus and on my way home, and instead of feeling supported, I felt overlooked. When I tried to speak up, the assistant principal didn’t properly address what was happening and warned me that I could face consequences if I defended myself. There were also troubling situations students talked about, including concerns about a teacher acting inappropriately toward young girls, and it felt like the principals and higher-ups were not taking those concerns seriously. Many issues seemed to be kept quiet, which made the environment feel unsafe and isolating. Although there were good educators there, my experience left me feeling, unheard, and disappointed that more wasn’t done to protect students. I would recommend Spring Independent School District schools over Klein Independent School District based on my personal experiences.Other Review2mo ago - Theiss Elementary School

7/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageWent and had lunch with my 4th grader Jameson today. It’s been almost 2 years since we’ve been able to do this and let me just say that I love this school. ( he moved over from Yeager 2 weeks ago). The ladies at the front desk were kind and quickly got me checked in. The school was very clean as well as the lunchroom itself. No full garbage cans or dirty tables. I brought him food but from what I saw of the tray lunches they looked appetizing. FYI ( for 4th graders at least) the only day you can do this is on Thursday at noon. Very pleased with my experience at this new school for our family. KUDOS! 8/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI went to Doerre for 3 years, leaving last year 24-25. It was the best school I could've gone to and my memories there were indescribable. Some staff are unnecessarily strict, but they were very nice. I was in the top band program, and the extra things we got to do and enjoy were so much fun. I reccomend heavily doing any form of arts. I wish I could go back to Doerre, go warriors!Other Review7mo ago
