Quiet and quaint community fits this apartment just perfectly. Very nice clubhouse, swimming pool, tennis courts, and Social activities done on a monthly basis. This cute 1/1 condo has full modern kitchen and bathroom. No carpet, all hardwood floors. Unit is on second floor but there is an elevator close to your apartment.

All monies is required prior to move-in. If you would like a shorter term lease than one year, we can discuss but of course seasonal leases are more expensive. Discount given for one occupant only moving in. I am sorry no pets allowed per the association. And no smoking allowed.
