"Itโ€™s been a great place to raise our children. School system, business and sports programs draw new residents to the area and housing is booming."
  • Matt Carpenter
"Stay close to your kids and Ask God to come into your heart and save you and be your guide and savior "
  • Ashlee D.
"I love right off of the interstate and two minutes from the schools. easy access to restraunts.. I do have to drive 15 or 20 mins to a grocery store but I love the area I live in I hope to find a house in a neighborhood very close by"
  • Jd-smitty
"County fairgrounds are minutes away hosting many events including car shows, concerts, etc. community annual meeting and social gathering"
  • Jd-smitty
"Our neighborhood is a small planned community situated on large 5 acre + lots with wide open spaces in between neighbors. Plenty of mature trees add to the quiet and privacy."
  • Lena L.
"My neighborhood has quick access to 275 which will take you to downtown in usually in less than 45 minutes. Traffic gets pretty congested during normal daytime working hours , and the commute home."
  • Faith R.
"Not like: there are no sidewalks; they only allow two pets haha. Like: they have grassy areas to walk around in or play with your dogs"
  • Austin H.
"Iโ€™ve lived here ever since I was born and everyone for the most part is very friendly! I would recommend this area to many people."
  • Robin J.
"I've had four children go through Batavia schools and recommend this tight knit community of educators. Batavia still holds a small town feel "
  • Gmarti
"Itโ€™s a great place to get the best of both worlds... City to the West and beautiful country to the East. With East Fork Lake and State Park is a fabulous BONUS! "
  • Gmarti
"Small neighborhood with only about 40 homes on large lots. Everyone is friendly. A great place to live."
  • Cristinaoliver9080
"The area itself is great and is convenient for every day life, only thing I worry about it the bullying problem at Batavia Schools."
  • Thx121685
"Love the quiet, decent neighbors for the most part, crime is minimal. The culture is dismal and at night main st. gives me the impression that we are under duress of some kind of right wing military junta but other than that great place to live. "
  • Mary D.
"Very friendly people with very kind intentions. We all look out for each other and make sure everyone is doing okay"
  • Davidejonesster
"Great place to raise a family. I like how the stores are close and many other conveniences. Jungle Jim is great to have as a resource. Schools are good overall but struggle wit funding. "
  • Bear H.
"There are lots of dogs in my neighborhood. perfectly sized yards for small to medium sized dogs, decent sized yards for larger dogs."
  • Kevin L
"Very easy to get to 32 and I-275 whether your heading to Kentucky or Cincinnati. Traffic is not that congested during rush hour. "
  • Mama3
"I have lived here for 3 years and everyone is our development is so friendly. It's a kid friendly, very safe neighborhood."
  • Cory K.
"Itโ€™s a hood neighborhood with many families and children. There are several parks within walking distance that are great for kids. "
  • Thx121685
"Streets are blocked for parades every time a resident of the town graduates college. You can catch a pitcher of domestic at Grammas pizza. Thereโ€™s a haunted house on 5th street hill, itโ€™s haunted by the ghosts of many teen pregnancies. Thereโ€™s an old playground where a school used to be. Itโ€™s haunted as well. It is also used by the board of health to remind everyone to get a tetanus shot. Newest business to come in town is a yoga studio. โ€œHot or cold yogaโ€ is written in sharpie on a piece of plywood outside the studio. "
  • Thezangolemming
"Public transportation, particularly to downtown Cincinnati, is nearly impossible in this area without long wait times. Most traffic is directly into the 275 loop in rush hour and it can be a headache to get anywhere that isn't connected by Clough or 32. "
  • Evelyn F.
"Great area, I feel safe, close to everything, convenient, close to great schools and parks and other activities."
  • Locoop65
"Dog owners are always walking their dogs on leashes up and down the sidewalks. All breeds and types are seen from yorkies to Great Danes. There are close by parks with trails great for dogs and owners."
  • Tina D.
"A nice small town, but itโ€™s the county seat with the jail and bail bondsman on a couple of corners...close to the schools. "
  • Brenda C.
"I've never lived anywhere else where flooding and litter is such a problem. In Clermont County the taxes are lower but that's because you get no services and it's filthy. Particularly Union Township. You get what you pay for and I really regret buying a home here. "
  • Evelyn C. F.
"We've lived here for 17 years and raised our kids here. We are close to everything and I feel safe at home. It's a nice, quiet neighborhood."
