About this House

Situated on just over an acre on the Llano River you will find this peaceful retreat. The main cabin has 2 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms along with a loft in the living room that can fit two queen mattresses. The lot gradually slopes down to over 100 feet of Llano River frontage great for fishing, kayaking, or just relaxing in the water. The property is about 12 miles West of Llano and just a few miles to the charming town of Castell. Fredericksburg is about 40 miles South while Austin and San Antonio are less than an hour and a half drive from the property. Come take a look and you will fall in love with this peaceful paradise.
