As a prior student at this school, I had experienced a lot of drama, stress, and anxiety. The bullying at this school has created an unsafe and unwelcoming environment for so many students to the point where one sadly took their own life… although this school offers many activities for parents and students, many students still end up feeling excluded regardless of these efforts. In my own personal experience, I was invited to an award show at the end of the year to celebrate academic achievements of many students, yet was not given any recognition for my own accomplishments, despite them only inviting people who would be awarded something. In addition to this, the school may offer a lot of sports programs but doesn’t offer many outside activities for non athletic students. Im sure many students would appreciate other programs such as a robotics program, odyssey of the mind, and kidwind. Would like to see improvements in the schools environment and facilities, but overall this school isn’t the worst and can benefit some.

Love this school and the teachers! I am an alumni and pretty soon my daughter will be too! She loves her teachers and classmates. Rich Acres has a very warm and inviting atmosphere. And they're always looking for ways to get parents involved. I wouldn't want my daughter any where else! Plus, Rich Acres recieved national recognition for their performance on the 2011 SOL tests! We are all so proud! Go Bucaneers!! :)
