"City school system is terrible. County schools are better. Talladega was a great city, decades ago. "
  • Hargis J.
"Christmas on the Square... Great entertainment at the Ritz Theatre... Beautiful home tours during April in Talladega... "
  • Watermelonsummer2019
"There aren’t any good events. It is very boring. Most of the shops have closed down and the only grocery stores are Walmart and piggly wiggly. Both are over priced. It’s really sad that in talladega you pay over $3 for a gallon of milk but 30 minutes up the street the same gallon of milk is .99 cents "
  • Ashkeytameka1982
"It’s quite but friendly neighborhood is just busy when kids are out of school neighbors watch out for each other "
  • EllieD
"I’ve lived in this neighborhood over twenty years. I know and care about almost all of my neighbors. It is a great place to live and I can’t imagine ever wanting to live anywhere else!"
  • Vmcburnett
"Nice country environment. Quite. Neighbors not close enough. 10 to 20 minutes drive to grocery store. "
  • Jones c.
"ok neighborhood. want more quite. more privacy. more back yard. so my grandkids can play. family functions. more grilling. we love people. just need more privacy. "
  • Diana T.
"Our neighborhood is a collection of individual families who pretend that the others do not exist. We don't bother each other, but we don't support each other either. "
  • Ronald L.
"It is a beautiful neighborhood, the lake is an ever-changing display of light and color. The neighbors are friendly. The area is beautiful and the recreation opportunities are too many to enumerate. A wonderful place to live."
