About this House

Getting ready to clean, paint, and add new flooring. Sheds need a little work. If you are willing and able to help with some of this I can work the deposit down. Also if you are willing to handle your own small maintenance I can lower the rent a bit.

Only con I can think of is it has a shared driveway with neighbors in front. I have a long term plan to improve the feel of the property but it won't happen right away.

Tenant pays utilities. I do offer rent-to-own options after the 1st year
