The half bathroom is next to the Washer and dryer closet, and will either stay with the current appliances or will be left as an option for the tenant to bring their own. The first floor also offers an office area (19 x 12) past the kitchen, or can be used as a dining area or a guest room. Two bedrooms upstairs are 16 x 13 , with one having a fireplace and one featuring wall to wall closets, both with excellent windows and natural light. There are two smaller bedrooms with closets (13.5 x 6.5 and 13 X 7) and and a master bathroom featuring your own suana room and will be getting a new tub and vanity.

The apartment also features a skylight upstairs, and a entry closet in the living room.
