About this House

This is a great 3/2 income property and/or place to live after the lease expires. Lease ends June 30, 2020 and rent is $1215 plus $15 a month for pet rent. There is also an HOA fee of $116 a month. There is a pool and sprinkler system that the HOA shares and maintains for all the properties. They pay for the water bill on the sprinkler system too. I've never had over a month vacancy in 6 years of owning it. It's 2 stories with a loft upstairs. I'm flexible on timing because it cash flows.

Total taxes are $2275 and insurance is $766.
