This is an incredible rental. I recommend you schedule a viewing as soon as possible. It's a gut renovated, quiet, spacious, 2 bedroom plus the Midwood area is lovely.
You'll enjoy the apt's hardwood floors throughout, south western exposure, and sound proof, large, thermal windows. There's a dining room for added living space. High ceilings add to the apartment's likable charm.
The windows let in alot of sunlight to cheer you up even during a bleak day. In addition to the above, there's heat/hot included. The onsite laundry is a big convenience.
You might never need it with New York's vast take-out options, but the eat-in kitchen was gut renovated and has tile flooring, a galley layout, a window that opens, and granite countertops.     "Sheepshead Bay is a great place to raise a family, depending on what area you are in… It can change from beautiful and well maintained, and then four blocks later it can look like a completely different neighborhood… I would not allow my children out to late at night as there are some bars around the neighborhood and the restaurants people do come from other places to eat there, but the crowd can change quickly. Otherwise most of sheepshead Bay is a great neighborhood. I would visit at night before I actually moved in to that particular home on that particular block."
