About this House

Furnished, clean, "efficiency" apartment is located in a well maintained quiet 4 unit building and is situated on quaint, residential tree lined Street; the apartment is just a 20 minute walk to CAL/ downtown Berkeley or Ashby bart. Perfect for the serious student or professional who values tranquility, this unit is set up as an "efficiency" unit which means that there is not an actual kitchen or stove but there is a bar sink, small refrigerator and microwave. Owner is picky and is looking for a considerate, conscientious, non smoking, non party type who keeps regular hours and will be a good fit with the other like minded tenants. This unit is not set up for more than one person so it would probably work best for a student who just needs a quiet place to sleep/study. Apartment is located on the ground floor of a well maintained, 4 plex. The unit is clean, furnished with a twin daybed that has drawers for storage underneath, and a comfortable memory foam mattress. Perfect for studying, there is a small desk and also some bookshelves. There are newer double paned windows with mini blinds and room darkening drapes. The unit has newer neutral colored wall to wall carpeting that has just been cleaned. Rent includes wi fi internet, heat, electric, garbage, and water/hot water. There is a shared common garden and coin operated laundry on the premises. There is plenty of non permit street parking but you can get by without a car in this location that has an 82 Walk score! For an extra $35 per month I will include and off street parking spot. I am available to show the unit on Saturday or you could go anytime and peek in the windows... it is the lower left hand first floor apartment and the blinds are open so you can pretty much see the entire space. While this unit does share a common hallway in the building- Please do NOT disturb the other occupants as they do NOT have keys for this unit. Thank You.I would ideally like a minimum of 1 year rental but will consider a shorter period.

"we care for each neighborhood, and watch out for one another in this big community. From helping the elderly to supporting the youth it's one big fest of communities colliding together and having each other backs. Let's not forget the big parties and many fusion restaurants they have to offer. With its diversity of multicultural foods the possibilities are endless and of course let's not forget our classics to New York style pizza to traditional Mexican cuisine it's an abyss of nothing but delicious food coming your way "
