And with convenient, must have amenities like a fitness center, co-working spaces, a pet park with shade pavilion, and resort-inspired pool, it's time to Elevate your Expectations at River Oaks Landing.

This specific floor plan is leasing for over $1970 just for rent on the property's website. Our current rent on this apartment is $1784 + plus water which includes trash pickup and renters insurance for liability purposes. Property is close to everything from Grocery stores like WalMart, Food Lion, Aldi and Lowes, to tons of restaurants, fast food and shopping.

Application fee of $100 to be paid to leasing office and an application can be completed online with the office. Management requires income qualification, credit and background check. Leasing office should be able to show the property/amenities and we are willing to show our specific unit to serious renters only.

    "It’s a dog friendly area. Most of the homes on the neighborhood has a minimum of at least one dog. You can walk your dog in the area and your children can ride their bikes in the neighborhood as well. The neighborhood is nice and the neighbors speak to one another as often as they can. Some of the neighborhood children even go to the same school or may even be in the same classroom depending of grade level. Also the schools within the area are good as well. "
