About this House

It's outdoor living time again! The covered front porch on this Belhaven beauty is graced by the sunrise & multi-level decks out back are warmed by the sunset. The indoors is just as special, thanks to a complete renovation in 2008 & many upgrades since. Great new kitchen w/ceramic tile floors, custom cabinetry & stainless steel appliances. Cozy new BR suite downstairs w/heart pine floors, walk-in closet & travertine in new BA w/walk-in shower. New tiled "bonus" room off K hides the laundry & can be your pantry, office (it's wired for cable, plus there's a new half-bath) or project area. New roof & a nice new storage building in back that matches the house & plenty of dry walk-in and walk-up attic storage inside, too. This is a fabulous home w/beautifully refinished oak floors, soft paint colors & lots of natural light - all gently & lovingly owned by a couple who keep on working to make it the best house on the market. So call your REALTOR! Make this great "new" old house in Historic Belhaven your new home!

"Can't find home like these any more. Not the cookie cutters you find now a days. Always people walking around in the neighborhood. "
  • kingspointer
"my comments speak for themselves. safety: car jackings and robberies in the last month. pet friendly: cars come flying through here, few sidewalks. walkability: average for MS which means poor. One park, modest playground, taken over weekly by by unrestrained dogs and their beer drinking owners. Traffic? has no respect for marked signs. No transportation to anywhere, no retail areas close by (except the "crack-a-co" on state street and kiefers. why are these fixer uppers so over priced? look at some of these listings. geez. "
