Master bed is downstairs with a nice, enclosed patio and views of downtown long beach. You can access the enclosed balcony from the master bedroom only. The laundry area is in the corner of kitchen. The entire unit has been recently painted & a remodeled/refreshed kitchen. Trash, water, and access to the jacuzzi and common area are included in the rent.

2 Parking spots are included. (1) in a gated underground garage and (1) underground garage outside the gate. Parking space includes a large storage unit that can hold up to 2 bikes. Unit is equipped with Nest thermostat, Ring Doorbell & Remote operated Skylights. 90% lighting in this unit are LED and some CFL.

**Open House is scheduled on Saturday, October 15, from 11 am to 3 pm**
