2 Parking spots are included. (1) in a gated underground garage and (1) underground garage outside the gate. Parking space includes a large storage unit that can hold up to 2 bikes. Unit is equipped with Nest thermostat, Ring Doorbell & Remote operated Skylights. 90% lighting in this unit are LED and some CFL.
