On the central landing is a full bathroom with a shower over tub, wide vanity with granite countertop, and plenty of storage.

A wood deck separates the main house from an adorable barn-style converted garage, perfect for a home office, playroom, art studio, workout room - anything your heart desires! This 2-story carriage house has vaulted ceilings with exposed beams and 2 sets of royal blue carriage doors. Low shelving lines the sidewall and there's a double farmhouse sink and a half bath tucked along the back wall. line the walls, and there's a sunny half bath with a double farm sink. A curved staircase leads to a separate upstairs office/work area, and there's off-street parking for one car.
