The children can play ball and ride their bikes on my street without worrying about people running them over. The streets are posted with a speed limit sign that also warns drivers that children are playing. "

    "A safe place to live. Affordable housing for working-class folks. Close to everything Springfield has to offer. Plenty of public transportation traversing the area. A short drive to major roads leading throughout the city and surroundings. I have never heard of any flooding problems in this area and the city utilities are well-installed and maintained. I have lived in many places across the USA and this area is among the quietest and safest I have lived in."
