About this House

This extra roomy double wide has several upgrades. Wood laminate and vinyl flooring, redone, extra spacious kitchen with lots of niceties, dining in the family room and the large living room combine to a ''great room'' feel. The 3 regular bedrooms need flooring, all windows need trimming and a few other small things need to be done but basically it is a very nice home. The back, about 2/3 of the lot, is a fenced, nice flat area for horses and ''stuff''. Circular drive with 2 double gates, lots of room for RV parking, wonderful view of Superstition Mt. and Four Peaks, all this in a ''in town'' location but close to State land and horseback riding heaven! Arizona Water Co., SRP, septic and we are checking but it appears natural gas is available!

    "Quick freeway but daily accidents between signalbutte and ironwood. Broadway is calmer but Mesa has aging streets and building. Not many upgrades. Today I passed a sign that says “we buy meth houses” so the neighborhood is headed the wrong direction "

It's quiet, except for the traffic on the main road. It's nice to come home, because it's a few degrees cooler here than in the city, it's beautiful and usually smells wonderful. "
