"This village started out as a 55+ community, but is now open to all ages. Two Golf courses, nice Recreation Center, and a developing Village Center. Great walking, clean air, good star show. "

"I’m retired, but if I were working locally it could be from 15 to 25 minutes. The nearest small city is 14 miles away. The nearest big city is 40 miles away."

"I’m retired, so no commute. This community was originally designed as a 55+ village. Two golf courses, lake, big recreation center. Now any age can live here. Some of my neighbors have 10 minute commutes, some as long as an hour."

"The friendlies and most caring community you will ever fine. Over 1,000 families live in SLV and you get a real family feeling. The 70,000 lake is just a bonus if you are a boater and you will be hard pressed to find two finer golf courses."
