My child really loves going to this school, everything about it! My daughter went to Kindergarten in Taylorville and it was always a struggle. The teachers there are there for one reason - to collect a paycheck, and it shows! The teachers here in Nokomis genuinely care about my childs achievements and always maintain great communication with both myself and her father. We love Nokomis North!

"This neighborhood has a bus stop for children who go to the public school. There is a small town feel. The neighor’s are very friendly. In this neighborhood, you are pretty much a few blocks away from route 16 and Main Street. Main Street has shops and restaurants and more. You’re only a few blocks radius from 2 beautiful parks. There are a couple fast food restaurants and several places to eat in less than ten minutes from this neighborhood. There are many trees, grass areas, and flowers in this neighborhood. Besides East Union Street, the roads are very quiet."
