    "I have lived in Van Alstyne for over 11years. Small feel with many opportunities. Good schools. Need grocery store due to small locally owned one closing down. Great downtown area for families with many town activities and festivals year around! "

    "In a word, terrible. 75 is under construction and it takes forever to get anywhere. Within town it’s quick, as long as it’s not during peak traffic. The infrastructure cannot handle the current load. The mornings take 15 minutes or longer to get through the main light. And the evenings are worse. No one knows how to use a two-way service road and you’ll sit at the main light for 20+ minutes unless you can go a different way. "
