The home is located on Lake Josephine which is situated between Sebring and Lake Placid in Florida. There are several lakes and upscale neighborhoods in the surrounding areas. If a game of golf is what you are after, you have numerous championship courses to choose from. The Florida weather permits a great golf game year round.
