About this House

This Great Townhome is perfectly located. It is 200 yards to a Fry's store and only 300 yards to a Target store. The US 60 is less than a half mile North and the loop 101 is only 1 mile East. It is 2 blocks North of McClintock and Baseline. The bus stop is right there. Restaurants abound within a few hundred yards. There are 2 assigned carport spaces. The pool is incredible. You don't have a water bill because it is included in the HOA fee which I pay. This is available furnished or unfurnished . I prefer a year's lease but for a higher price I would consider a shorter term.
